Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that clients change their mind or things unexpectedly pervert the date of the Photoshoot to go perfectly. However please note that once the Photoshoot has been scheduled and is then rescheduled prior to the date a cancellation fee will not be charged to the client unless it is the day of the scheduled shoot. If a new date is set the client is only charged the cost of the travel fee. Unless the Photoshoot is cancelled completely all Together then the client Is charged the full Amount of the shoot and travel fee minus any license & editing costs that is included of the full Amount of the shoot this applies to both in town and out of town shoot. please note that if the cancellation is not paid in full by the 1st of the next month after the shoot $25.00 will be added to the outstanding unpaid amount on the clients invoice until the clients invoice has been paid in full and the invoice balance has reached $0.00.
Restriction of client use of images
Only the purchaser of the photos are permitted permission to use photos up to the following:
For Realtors: limited to 1 uploaded use on a new or current active MLS listing. May not be used a 2nd time to refresh an old listing. Or be used by another real estate agent or broker/brokerage that has taken over/had listing transferred to. PHOTOS ARE NOT TO BE USED TO REPRESENT MULTIPLE DIFFERENT PROPERTIES ON THE MLS FOR MORE THEN 1 ADDRESS. This is considered a direct violation of the company’s terms and conditions of the use of the photos.
For builders and designers: may use the photos for business portfolio and to promote the builders or interior designers business on social media. Photos are valid to be used up to 5 years after the 1st day of the year. Photos cannot be used to be give to the builders or designers clients. If clients of the builder or designer would like to receive a copy of the images created during the Photoshoot their client must contact the photographer directly and purchase a copy of the photos. Clients can only purchase the full set of images. Purchase of Individual or multiple different images are not allowed.
